Annex: indicative commercial ranges |
1. Our approach
Banks need a clear path from their highest risks to measurable, inspection-ready assurance. Codec Networks works on four principles:
- Start from critical systems and money flows: scope work around the channels, payment interfaces, core systems and third parties that matter most.
- Align to the 2026 Directions: map every engagement to the requirements of the RBI Direction that applies to the bank's category, plus CERT-In, DPDP, PCI DSS and SWIFT CSP.
- Test the chain, not just the link: combine technical testing, process testing and monitoring validation.
- Prove closure: retest findings and organise evidence for the Audit Committee, the ITSC and RBI inspections.
