1. Our approach
Power utilities need OT-first assurance that keeps the grid safe and compliant. Codec Networks works on four principles:
- OT-safe by default: passive discovery and planned testing with operations teams.
- Stop IT-to-OT spread: segmentation, DMZs and remote access control.
- Hunt, don't wait: assume patient, state-backed adversaries.
- Comply and prove: map every engagement to the CEA Regulations and keep evidence.
2. Mapping threats to services
The table maps the 18 threats identified in Document 4 of this set to the Codec Networks services that help mitigate them.
