1. Our approach
Property and facilities need assurance that respects occupied buildings and live projects. Codec Networks works on four principles:
- Occupants first: plan building system work with FM, security and vendor teams; passive first, active only by agreement and never during peak occupancy.
- Strong boundaries: building, security, corporate and tenant networks separated; vendor access brokered and recorded.
- Verify every payment and every credential: bank-detail controls, named accounts and MFA across platforms that span sites.
- Prove it to occupiers and regulators: findings mapped to ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443, CERT-In, DPDP, MeitY CCTV requirements and the questionnaires your occupiers send.
2. Mapping threats to services
The table maps the 18 threats identified in Document 4 of this set to the Codec Networks services that help mitigate them.
